Job Title: Civil Engineer (PMC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in real estate development and project management consulting (PMC). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

2. Real Estate Development:

- Work with developers to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and zoning laws.

3. PMC Experience:

- Provide PMC services to clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.

4. Documentation:

- Prepare and review project documents, including reports, drawings, and contracts.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project progress and issues.

5. Quality and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering

- 10-15 years of experience in construction/project management, with a focus on real estate development and PMC

- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and industry standards

- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, RMP) is a plus
