We have a job opening for a Site Engineer/ Site supervisor with minimum of 2+ years of experience

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering: Experience

Role & responsibilities

Project Supervision:

Oversee the construction and installation of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure. Ensure that the construction process adheres to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship. Ensure that safety measures are adhered to and resolve any issues related to worksite conditions.

Resource Management:

Coordinate and manage labor, machinery, and material resources efficiently. Ensure that construction activities are performed on schedule and meet project milestones.

Safety Management:

Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or hazards on the site. Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment.

Site Inspections and Reporting:

Regularly inspect worksites and assess the progress of the project. Report project status, delays, or any potential issues to the project manager.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution. Handle client queries and keep them informed about the projects progress.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure that the project complies with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to materials, work progress, safety checks, etc.
