: Construction Project Manager


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction of industrial and factory buildings, as well as Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and site development works. The following qualifications and responsibilities are expected:


Qualifications:


Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, specifically in industrial/factory buildings and site development. Experience working on the client side or as a Project Management Consultant (PMC). Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field. Willingness to work at site locations (Mysore, Calicut, Delhi).
Responsibilities:


Oversee billing checking, safety, and quality standards on site. Coordinate and interact with consultants and contractors effectively. * Handle multi-disciplinary projects and ensure seamless integration of various project components.
