: Civil Engineer (Internal Works)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 CTC

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of all assigned internal civil works, including roads, side sheds, mezzanine floors, and other structural/utility additions.

1. Site Supervision and Execution

Supervise all internal civil construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate daily with labor contractors, material suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., Production, Maintenance) to ensure smooth workflow and minimal disruption to operations. Ensure that all construction activities adhere strictly to quality standards and established safety protocols. Manage site logistics, including the efficient movement and storage of materials and equipment.

2. Quality Control and Inspection

Conduct regular and detailed site inspections of ongoing work (e.g., foundation pouring, concrete curing, structural assembly). Verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications. Check and certify the work completed by contractors before approving payment milestones. Document all inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions taken.

3. Planning and Coordination

Assist in the preparation of detailed work plans, schedules, and resource estimates for internal civil projects. Track project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays and proposing proactive solutions. Communicate project status updates, potential risks, and resource requirements clearly and regularly to Management And Internal Teams. Maintain a complete and organized record of all project documentation, including revised drawings, progress reports, measurement sheets, and contractor invoices.

4. Safety and Compliance

Enforce strict adherence to site safety regulations and best practices at all times to prevent accidents and hazards. Ensure that all temporary structures, scaffolding, and working platforms are safe and compliant with standards.
