Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, managing labor, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site

Manage workforce, subcontractors, and material usage

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule

Monitor quality control and safety standards at the site

Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors

Prepare daily progress reports and site records

Identify and resolve site issues promptly

Ensure timely completion of work within budget

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum5 years of experience in civil construction supervision

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices

Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs

Strong leadership and communication skills

Willingness to work on-site

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential / commercial / infrastructure projects

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reports)
