Job Summary:

We are seeking an

Experienced Site Engineer

to supervise, coordinate, and manage on-site construction activities for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The candidate will ensure projects are executed

on time, within budget, and according to design and quality standards

.

The role requires

strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to resolve on-site challenges

efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor

daily on-site construction activities

. Ensure all work is executed as per

design drawings, specifications, and project schedule

. Conduct

quality checks

on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution. Maintain

site records, progress reports, labor logs, and material usage reports

. Identify and resolve

technical or operational issues

on-site promptly. Ensure

safety regulations and protocols

are strictly followed on-site. Assist in

planning, resource allocation, and project scheduling

. Monitor

cost control

and suggest improvements to optimize resource usage. Mentor and guide

junior engineers, site staff, and labor teams

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

2-5 years of on-site civil construction experience. Strong knowledge of

construction techniques, materials, structural design, and site management

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, MS Office

. Ability to

read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans

. Strong

leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Knowledge of

safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes

. Ability to work

under pressure and handle multiple tasks on-site

.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous experience in

commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects

. Familiarity with

modern construction technologies and project management software

. Ability to

lead teams, coordinate multiple contractors, and resolve site conflicts

efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
