Plan, design, and oversee civil construction projects including roads, buildings, and infrastructure works.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and project specifications.
Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and construction schedules.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Supervise on-site construction activities and guide project teams to maintain engineering standards.
Review and approve drawings, designs, materials, and technical documents.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, government regulations, and industry standards.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
(Junior-level role).
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and civil engineering standards.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, STAAD Pro
, or other relevant engineering software.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work across
Pan India project locations
