Job Description

Planning and Design:

Reviewing construction plans, developing site layouts, and preparing technical drawings.

Site Management:

Managing daily activities on the site, including supervising contractors, subcontractors, and workers.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and specifications.

Safety Management:

Adhering to and enforcing safety regulations and procedures on the site.

Documentation and Reporting:

Preparing site reports, logs, and other documentation, as well as reporting progress to project managers and clients.

Budget and Schedule Management:

Monitoring project costs and schedules, and taking corrective action when necessary.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving technical problems that arise during construction.
