Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), work schedules, and resource plans.
Quality & Safety Assurance
Maintain construction quality by following standard engineering practices and codes.
Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety departments to ensure site standards.
Coordination & Supervision
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labour teams.
Attend regular site and progress meetings.
Measurement & Billing
Prepare daily progress reports and measurement sheets.
Assist in client billing, contractor bills, and verification of quantities.
Maintain proper records of materials used and work done.
Material & Resource Management
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials on site.
Verify the quality and quantity of incoming construction materials.
Control wastage and optimize material utilization.
Technical Documentation
Maintain drawings, site instructions, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with structural and architectural plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
7-10 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools.
Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, and infrastructure works.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in high-rise or real estate projects.
Knowledge of RERA, IS codes, and quality norms.
