Key Responsibilities: Supervision and execution of plotting and land development projects Layout planning, road work, drainage, leveling, and boundary demarcation Site inspection, measurements, and quality control Coordination with contractors, surveyors, and site staff Ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines Managing material requirements and site documentation Handling approvals and compliance with local authorities (if required) Requirements: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of experience in a plotting or real estate development company Good knowledge of site execution and layout work Ability to manage site activities independently Strong problem-solving and communication skills Immediate joiners will be given preference Salary: As per experience and industry standards
