We are seeking a experienced Construction Engineer to join our PMC team and lead the planning and scheduling functions of large-scale construction projects The ideal candidate will have over 2 to 4 Years of experience in project planning, preferably within the PMC framework, and possess strong technical and leadership skills Manages portfolio of clients with the projects Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects Consistently delivers profit margins planned Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion Manages more complex clients and projects Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, B.Arch,NICMAR Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in building construction projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects. Strong understanding of structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works. Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
