Job Description

Nichestays Hospitality is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute construction projects at our hospitality properties in Munnar and Thekkady. The role requires hands-on involvement at the site level, strong coordination skills, and the ability to independently handle projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute construction and renovation projects. Manage daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and material management at site. Monitor project costs and optimize resources. Prepare reports on project progress and site issues. Handle project execution independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years experience in major construction projects. Strong site management and coordination skills. Willingness to work at root level and stay on-site when required. Experience in hospitality, resort, or villa projects is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
