As part of our growing team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager cum Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager cum Civil Engineer will oversee all aspects of our sports infrastructure projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and on-site execution. This role requires strong technical expertise in civil engineering combined with exceptional project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure project objectives are met.

Design & Engineering: Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to align with project requirements and standards.

On-site Management: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, manage costs effectively, and ensure financial goals are achieved without compromising quality.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

Compliance & Permits: Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Progress Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including timelines, budget status, and milestones achieved.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability among all team members.

Innovation & Quality Control: Introduce innovative construction techniques and ensure consistent quality across all projects.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management and civil engineering, preferably in sports or infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management and design tools.

Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local construction regulations, standards, and permit processes.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges effectively.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in designs, documentation, and on-site execution.
