Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure construction work is completed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and safety norms.
Monitor material usage, workmanship, and site productivity.
Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity verification.
Coordinate with the project manager / senior engineer for daily progress updates.
Maintain site records, daily work reports, and progress documentation.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or technical challenges.
Support inspections and approvals from consultants or clients.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
1-2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Good knowledge of civil construction works (RCC, finishing, masonry, etc.).
Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs.
Willingness to work at project sites.
Basic knowledge of safety practices at construction sites.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
