About the Project

Stellar Manufacturers is establishing a

state-of-the-art greenfield production facility

for a leading premium beverages brand.
We are looking for an experienced

Store Manager

to manage plant stores, material handling, inventory accuracy, and end-to-end store operations for a high-growth manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

Master's Degree in

Construction Management / Structural Engineering

(preferred*)
Certifications in

AutoCAD, MSP/Primavera, Safety, QA/QC

are an advantage

Experience Required

10-18 years

experience in

industrial, commercial, plant or infrastructure construction

Experience in

Greenfield / Brownfield industrial projects

preferred Strong knowledge of

RCC, structural works, foundations, PEB, finishing, utilities-related civil work

Exposure to

vendor management, BOQ validation & project documentation

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera

Key Skills & Expertise

Civil site execution & supervision RCC/structural work & industrial foundations Contractor & labour management Drawing interpretation & level setting Quantity surveying, BOQ verification, measurements QA/QC inspections & documentation Site safety & statutory compliance Coordination with MEP & project teams Material management & reconciliation Strong communication & reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day civil execution activities for the

greenfield project

Ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence across all civil works Manage contractors, labour, productivity and daily progress Conduct quality checks for RCC, PEB structures, finishing & utility-related civil works Coordinate with

Projects, Procurement, Mechanical, Electrical & Safety

teams Validate vendor bills, measurements & material utilisation Maintain documentation, site reports, logs & compliance records Ensure full adherence to safety, SOPs & statutory norms
