Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
2. Manage site staff, including laborers and subcontractors.
3. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients.
4. Monitor and control project progress, quality, and budget.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
6. Estimation and Quantity surveying
Requirements:
1. BE/BTech in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
