: Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and plan villa layouts and structural elements in compliance with building codes and client specifications. Conduct detailed site supervision to ensure quality construction practices and timely project completion. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities, including labour and contractor management. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and interior designers to deliver integrated solutions. Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and project schedules. Monitor material quality, site safety, and adherence to standard construction procedures. Resolve site issues promptly and communicate progress and challenges to project stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress and site activities. Coordinate inspections and approvals from relevant authorities. Optimize resource utilization and control project costs effectively.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in villa designing and high-end residential construction. Strong knowledge of structural systems, building materials, and construction methods. Excellent people management and team coordination skills on-site. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Good understanding of project budgeting and cost control. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication skills for coordinating with multiple teams and clients. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
