Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute road and highway construction projects as per design and standards. Monitor PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) & PLC works ensuring quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients for smooth execution. Ensure timely completion of project activities within budget and schedule. Maintain daily work reports, material records, and progress documentation. Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge in

PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete)

and

PLC

. Understanding of road & highway construction standards. Proficiency in project execution, site management, and quality control. Ability to handle manpower and resources efficiently. Good communication and coordination skills.
