We are hiring a
Diploma Civil Engineer
for analready constructed site
to handlesite maintenance and labour management
. The candidate should be capable of independently managing manpower and supervising all interior and finishing works.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day
maintenance activities
of the constructed site. Plan, execute, and supervisepainting, polishing, wooden works, carpentry, and all interior finishing works
. Supervise and managesite labour and workforce
. Ensure quality, timely execution, and proper workmanship. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor daily site activities and submit progress reports.Candidate Profile:
Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience in
site supervision and maintenance works
.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
