Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for building projects.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
Prepare and review project reports, site documentation, and daily progress updates.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government officials for approvals and inspections.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Use
AutoCAD
for preparing, editing, and reviewing construction drawings.
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all stages of construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
from a recognized institution.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience
in building construction.
Experience working on
government infrastructure or building projects
is mandatory.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and other relevant civil engineering software.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project documentation.
Good communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field teams effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with public works departments or tender-based government projects.
Knowledge of project management tools.
Site inspection, material testing, and vendor coordination experience.
