As a Civil Engineer at Bankai Infotech, you will be responsible for managing the operations related to the construction, maintenance, and day-to-day functioning of our

Bankai plants (Agrifood & Composite) at Karjan.

You will work closely with the plant management team to ensure the facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and can efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations related to the upkeep of plant infrastructure (buildings, roads, drainage, etc.). Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in maintenance and construction projects. Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring plant structures meet safety standards and codes. Manage the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repair projects. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations. Prepare and monitor budgets for operations, maintenance, and repair projects. Work closely with other departments to address and resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Provide technical advice and support in emergency situations or when issues arise. Ensure timely reporting and updates to senior management on project progress and operational status.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, plant maintenance, or a similar role. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle day-to-day challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and other engineering-related software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with industrial plant maintenance is a plus. Familiarity with budgeting and project management tools. Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
