Job location: Various projects at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Work experience : 1 year experience is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure work at site as per design drawings.
Have daily quality checks.
Coordinate with client for project progress and quality overview.
Communicate with design team for any design related issues.
Check day to day material consumption and weekly material consumption.
Carry out monthly billing activity for completed work.
Prepare BOQ and estimation for any new work.
Prepare progress reports.
Oversee civil projects and interior projects both.
Skills:
Positive aptitude with team work.
Proficient in all relevant software.
Honesty and dedication to work.
