### Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders who are passionate about construction, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience in the field. The selected candidate will work on-site under the supervision of experienced engineers and architects, assisting with day-to-day construction activities and coordination.

### Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and managing daily civil construction activities at project sites.
Support senior engineers in implementing architectural and structural plans as per drawings.
Maintain site logs and assist in preparing daily progress reports.
Coordinate with labor teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.
Ensure adherence to basic safety and quality standards under supervision.
Read and understand site drawings and contribute to setting out works.
Assist in quantity estimation and checking of materials and workmanship.
Attend site meetings and training sessions as directed.

### Requirements:

Educational Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural drawings.
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic site instruments (preferred).
Willingness to work full-time on construction sites
Good communication, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
