Civil Engineer

to join our team in building and maintaining a sustainable, future-ready campus.

Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will play a pivotal role in

planning, designing, supervising, and maintaining

campus infrastructure projects. This includes ensuring quality construction, preventive maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and sustainable campus development aligned with the vision of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee civil engineering projects related to

campus construction, renovation, and expansion

. Ensure compliance with

structural safety standards, environmental regulations, and institutional requirements

. Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and college leadership to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high-quality standards in

materials, design, and workmanship

. Develop

maintenance schedules

for campus infrastructure including classrooms, labs, hostels, and utilities. Prepare budgets, cost estimations, BOQs, and project reports for management review. Implement

sustainable practices

for water management, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly construction. Support the

Director of Engineering/Facilities

in strategic infrastructure planning for the institution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

from a recognized university (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 5-7 years of experience

in construction, project management, or campus/institutional infrastructure. Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, structural design software, and project management tools

. Familiarity with

sustainable construction practices, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols

. Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
