Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that building material usage, project execution, and structural works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. The role involves coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. Ensure proper use and quality of building materials in line with project specifications. Monitor progress, maintain daily site reports, and document project activities. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations. Inspect workmanship, materials, and structural elements to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Identify site issues and provide technical solutions promptly. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations at the site. Assist in planning and scheduling tasks, resource allocation, and inventory management of building materials. Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials for projects.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech). Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for junior-level roles.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in building construction or building materials industry. Experience in handling construction projects, quality control, and material management preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
