Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight

: Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

Team Coordination

: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.

Safety Management

: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and any changes to the original plans.

Budget and Schedule Management

: Assist in preparing budgets and schedules, ensuring that the project remains within financial and time constraints.
Must have Experience of 3-4 years in the same field.

Local (Patna, Bihar) candidates will get preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
