Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all civil engineering works for ground-mounted solar projects. Read and interpret civil drawings, structural layouts, and foundation plans (including pile, RCC, and PCC types). Oversee site leveling, excavation, cable trenching, inverter foundation, boundary wall, and other related civil work. Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth workflow integration. Monitor contractor/labor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain site records such as work progress, labor deployment, material consumption, and daily reports. Support the preparation of RA bills and quantity verification. Conduct site inspections and assist in internal/external audits or customer visits. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental guidelines on site.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of ground-mounted solar project civil scope Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site documentation Understanding of RCC, PCC, pile foundations, and structural drawing execution Knowledge of plan layout
