Site execution and supervision of high-rise building projects
RCC, shuttering, block work, plaster, and finishing supervision
Reading and understanding structural & architectural drawings
Coordination with contractors, consultants, and site manpower
Monitoring quality, safety, and project timelines
Daily progress reporting to management
Material planning and coordination
Technical Skills Required:
AutoCAD knowledge mandatory
Ability to read, understand, and mark drawings
Basic knowledge of BOQ and measurements (preferred)
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
