Key Responsibilities
:
Design and Planning
: Create detailed designs, including drawings, plans, and specifications for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage systems, etc.).
Project Management
: Oversee and manage construction projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
Site Supervision
: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications.
Quality Assurance
: Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Collaboration
: Work with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success and resolve any technical issues.
Risk Assessment
: Identify and mitigate risks associated with design, construction, and safety.
Report Preparation
: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, cost estimates, and time schedules.
Client Interaction
: Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
