BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH)

Site Execution & Supervision

Execute civil works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Supervise subcontractors, labor, and site resources for daily construction activities. Should be able to set targets and take initiative for achieving the same. Should have zeal to learn and take challenging targets. Ensure proper layout, leveling, and alignment of structures. + Coordinate with planning, procurement, and design teams for material and drawing availability. + Monitor daily progress and report deviations to the Project Manager.
Co-ordinate with customer for various site inspections.
+ Identify and mitigate site-level risks proactively.

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
- Maintain site documentation including checklists, pour cards, and inspection reports.
Should have knowledge of relevant IS Code and local codes.
