Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Engineer

to oversee and manage construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, project planning, structural evaluation, and vendor coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our residential and commercial developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and manage civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversee site execution, including structural, architectural, and finishing works. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and quality delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and building codes. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material evaluations. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for management. Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in

real estate, residential, or commercial construction projects

. Strong knowledge of construction processes, structural design, and material specifications. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines. Familiarity with

Jodhpur's local regulations and building norms

is an advantage.
