Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, including infrastructure, roads, buildings, and other civil works. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects such as roads, buildings, bridges, dams, and other infrastructure. Conduct site investigations and analyze data such as maps, reports, and surveys. Prepare engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations. Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage resources effectively. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure proper quality control and resolve design or construction-related issues. Perform risk assessments and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges. Prepare reports, documentation, and project status updates for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Professional certification or license (where applicable). Proven experience as a Civil Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or related projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or other engineering software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

2-8 years of relevant work experience (can be modified based on role level: fresher, mid-level, senior). Hands-on experience with project site execution and contract management. Knowledge of sustainable and green construction practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
