Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee and execute civil works related to residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. Ensure work progress as per approved drawings, designs, and BOQs. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors. Quality & Safety Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to standards. Implement safety guidelines and statutory compliances at site. Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship. Planning & Coordination Assist in preparing project schedules and work programs. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and consultants. Support in getting statutory approvals and clearances. Measurement & Billing Prepare and verify contractors' bills, quantity estimation, and BOQs. Maintain records of material consumption and project documentation. Reporting & Documentation Update project progress reports for management review. Maintain site records, drawings, and reports. Highlight risks, delays, and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3-8 years of experience in real estate construction (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects). Knowledge of construction methodologies, finishing works, and site management. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.

: Strong knowledge of civil construction practices. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple site activities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability. Knowledge of contracts, billing, and material management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
