Responsible for site execution, quality monitoring, material planning, contractor supervision and timely completion of real estate construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute construction activities as per drawings, specifications & BOQ.
Supervise contractors, labour, safety compliance and daily site operations.
Prepare daily progress reports, work measurements and site documentation.
Ensure quality standards and resolve technical issues at site.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, purchase & project management team.
Monitor material planning and consumption to avoid wastage.
Conduct inspections & ensure timely project deliverables.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
2-8 yrs experience in real estate / building construction.
Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing work, material standards and IS codes.
Good communication, site management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & measurement techniques.
