We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in
RCC and Steel Construction,
particularly in
Hotel and Resort projects.
The role requires expertise in structural design, project execution, and site management to ensure quality construction within time and cost parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end civil works for hotel, resort, and hospitality infrastructure projects.
Review and manage structural designs, RCC detailing, and steel construction drawings.
Ensure project execution as per specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical/site issues.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in budgeting and procurement.
Monitor project progress and prepare MIS/weekly reports for management.
Ensure compliance with building codes, IS standards, and safety protocols.
Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in RCC and steel structure construction.
Experience in hotel/resort projects with knowledge of luxury finishing, MEP coordination, and large-scale infrastructure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, MS Project/Primavera.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of IS codes, hospitality construction standards, and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
