Job Description

Oversee civil works related to

solar power plant infrastructure

, such as inverter foundations, control rooms, cable trenches, switchyard, boundary walls, internal roads, and transmission lines. Ensure proper

foundation design and execution

for transmission line towers/poles and equipment structures. Conduct

site surveys, soil investigation, and leveling

for project execution. Review civil drawings, structural layouts, and BOQs; coordinate with design and engineering teams. Supervise on-site activities including excavation, concreting, pile/foundation works, cable trenching, and structural erection. Monitor daily progress, ensure adherence to project schedules, and prepare reports. Ensure

quality control

through testing of concrete, soil, and other civil materials. Maintain compliance with

safety regulations, environmental norms, and statutory requirements

. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, and contractors) for seamless project execution. Support in

commissioning and handover

of the project.
