Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Civil Engineer

to join our railway infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of civil engineering aspects of railway projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient railway systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of railway infrastructure including tracks, bridges, tunnels, culverts, and stations. Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and soil investigations. Supervise civil works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with technical specifications and timelines. Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government bodies. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently. Ensure adherence to railway standards and local building codes. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal and regulatory stakeholders. Use relevant software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, or similar tools for design and analysis.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.E. / B.Tech). Master's preferred for senior roles. Professional certification or license (e.g., Chartered Engineer, RERA, or equivalent) is an advantage. [3-10+] years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of railway engineering standards (e.g., IRPWM, IRS codes, AREMA). Proficient in civil design software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent project management, communication, and team coordination skills. Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites if required.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with Indian Railways / Metro Rail / High-Speed Rail / DFCCIL / RVNL / RITES / L&T / IRCON or similar railway project agencies. Knowledge of signaling & telecom interfaces, electrification coordination, or alignment geometry.

Pay: ₹12,707.35 - ₹30,000.00 per month
