Conduct site inspections for residential, commercial & industrial properties.
Measure property dimensions, assess building conditions & verify site details.
Prepare accurate valuation reports as per bank/NPA/financial institution formats.
Take clear site photographs & maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with clients, banks, NBFCs & team members for timely completion of reports.
Analyse market data, circle rates & recent sale transactions.
Ensure quality, accuracy & compliance in valuation work.
Maintain records of visits, reports & follow-ups.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of property valuation processes.
Ability to read drawings, maps, layouts & understand construction techniques.
Good command over MS Excel, MS Word & basic computer operations.
Strong communication & reporting skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned district(s).
Should be responsible, disciplined & deadline-oriented.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience working with banks, NBFCs & financial institutions for valuation.
Practical knowledge of circle rates, market values, and property documentation.
Candidates from
Fatehpur, Raebareli, or Lucknow
will be preferred.
