Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Civil Engineer

to take on the role of

Project Manager

, responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects, particularly in the roads and highways domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

project execution, client coordination, contract management, and team leadership

within government or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct meetings and regular follow-ups with clients to understand and align project requirements. Manage end-to-end

project implementation

, including planning of manpower, materials, and work execution schedules. Supervise on-site work execution to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Certify works completed and coordinate with clients for timely

bill submissions and realizations

. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors, operators, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Maintain documentation related to contracts, approvals, and project correspondence. Ensure compliance with government norms, safety protocols, and company policies.

Preferred Profile:

BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering

from a recognized institution. Minimum

20 years of total experience

, with at least

5 years in Roads & Highways Construction or Maintenance

. Prior experience working with

Government Departments

or Public Sector Projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management tools is an advantage.

Compensation:

Salary will be

commensurate with age, experience, and current package

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
