Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer for a Project Coordination role, especially for handling government projects and tender-based work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordination, documentation, government liaison, and technical support for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of tendering and licensing for government infrastructure projects.
Attend and document official meetings with government authorities and consultants.
Handle site visits, maintain proper visit logs as required by tender and project guidelines.
Liaise with architects, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure aligned execution.
Manage and maintain project documentation and trackers as per government project protocols.
Ensure all government compliance and documentation requirements are fulfilled on time.
Interpret and read architectural and civil drawings with accuracy.
Use AutoCAD (basic level) for reading and referencing project plans.
Assist in coordinating project schedules, follow-ups, and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in government projects.
Knowledge of tender processes, government procedures, and licensing coordination.
Good command of AutoCAD (for reading drawings).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills for official correspondence and meetings.
Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively across departments.
