We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) with expertise in labour management, construction, and development projects such as road construction, sewage supplies, and electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor coordination skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to interpret technical construction drawings. Knowledge of BOQ and experience in real estate, township development, or large-scale projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Supervise labour teams, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials and services.

Monitor road construction, sewage systems, electrical supplies, and other infrastructure development. Interpret and implement technical construction drawings accurately. Ensure adherence to BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost control measures. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks. Lead and guide the on-site team, ensuring efficiency and high standards of work. Liaise with consultants, architects, and government authorities for approvals and coordination. Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues proactively. Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
Qualification & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum 15 - 20 years in real estate, township development, or infrastructure projects. Skills: Strong leadership, technical expertise, BOQ knowledge, and vendor coordination abilities.
