Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Civil Engineer

to handle

on-site execution

for both

civil and interior projects

. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site supervision, labour management, scheduling, and quality control. The role involves coordinating daily work activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality project standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day

site execution

of civil and interior works.

Manage and coordinate with

labour teams, contractors, and vendors

.

Prepare and monitor

work schedules

to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain

quality control

at all stages of construction and finishing.

Prepare and update

daily progress reports

and documentation.

Manage

material usage and site inventory

efficiently.

Prepare

Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)

and submit updates to management. Coordinate with the design and purchase teams for smooth workflow.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech in

Civil Engineering

. Minimum

2 years of experience

in site execution (civil & interior projects).

Proficiency in

MS Excel

and basic project reporting.

Strong in

labour management, site supervision, and scheduling

.

Knowledge of

quality standards, finishing materials, and drawings

.

Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
