Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the quality execution of civil and structural works for residential, commercial, and corporate interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor site execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material estimates, and work schedules. Verify structural feasibility and ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Manage vendor and subcontractor activities for timely completion. Conduct quality checks for civil and finishing works (flooring, partitions, ceilings, etc.). Maintain project documentation, including site reports, measurements, and progress updates. Handle site-level problem-solving and ensure cost-effective execution. Collaborate with the design team for technical inputs during planning and modification. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing work. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and structural layouts. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools. Excellent project coordination and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and quality standards.

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
