Civil Engineer - Designer & Quantity Surveyor (Combined Role)
We're looking for a versatile civil engineer who can handle both design and cost?control duties. The ideal candidate will:
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and BIM models (AutoCAD/Revit preferred).
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to resolve design issues.
- Develop BOQs, take?offs, and preliminary cost estimates.
- Track material rates, prepare tenders, and negotiate with vendors.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost?control reports throughout construction.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
What we need:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (licensed/registered preferred).
- 3?5?years experience covering both design and quantity surveying.
- Strong proficiency in design software and MS Excel/Excel?based QS tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
