Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our EPC department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of civil projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design:

Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other topographical or geotechnical data for project planning. Develop detailed civil engineering designs and construction plans.

Execution & Supervision:

Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to resolve issues.

Technical Oversight:

Conduct structural analysis and evaluate project feasibility. Monitor quality control during construction phases and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed project reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities and correspondence.

Collaboration:

Liaise with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and procurement teams for integrated project delivery. Support procurement teams in technical evaluation of bids and material selection.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (essential). A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the EPC domain.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D). Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Key Skills:

Strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Knowledge of environmental and sustainability standards is a plus.
