Key Responsibilities

Oversee site execution and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to maintain workflow. Prepare daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper work procedures on-site. Monitor material usage, inventory, and raise procurement requests when required. Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising construction activities. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution. Ensure project timelines are met and support project engineers/managers.

Requirements

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of site execution experience (residential/commercial projects preferred). Good knowledge of construction materials, drawings, BOQ, and site management. Ability to read construction plans and work independently. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills.
