Prepare, review, and modify project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality checks.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, measurements, and documentation.
Identify issues, propose solutions, and support project risk management.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering tools.
Experience in project execution, site management, and quality control.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
