Minimum 3 years in Interior Office Work / Fit-Out Projects
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in interior office work and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent site execution skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD. This role requires close coordination with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the timely and quality completion of interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects from planning to completion
Prepare and review technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for project execution.
Estimate materials, manage budgets, and oversee procurement for site requirements.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain project standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and handle site documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines and budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior office work / fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishing, and construction methods.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently on-site.
