About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 4-5 years of proven expertise in construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site execution, fieldwork, and project management, along with a solid understanding of bar bending schedules, quantity surveying, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage

on-site construction activities

to ensure work is executed as per plans, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare and review

Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

for structural works. Perform

Quantity Surveying

for accurate material estimation and cost tracking. Handle

billing, estimation, and measurement

of works executed on site. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations at the construction site. Maintain proper documentation and submit timely project reports. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

4-5 years of experience

in construction or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in

Bar Bending Schedule preparation

, Quantity Surveying, and Billing. Strong knowledge of

construction drawings, codes, and standards

. Good command over MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant civil engineering software. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

cost control and project estimation

. Knowledge of

contract management and BOQ preparation

. Familiarity with

site safety practices and quality assurance procedures

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Kolar Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
