Civil Engineer (Factory/Plant & Office Maintenance & Construction)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly

smart, proactive, and hands-on Civil Engineer

to oversee and execute multiple pending civil works at our factory, plant, and office premises. The ideal candidate must have

strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide external agencies

for tasks like

washroom tiling, STP/EPT maintenance, drainage systems, and structural repairs

.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural & Maintenance Works:

Supervise/execute

STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and EPT (Effluent Treatment Plant) tank repairs, expansion joint filling, and maintenance

. Handle

PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) shed wall fittings

, especially near passenger lift areas.

Guide and assist external agencies

for

washroom tile installation, plumbing, and fittings

(first-floor restrooms, cafeteria, etc.).

Warehouse entrance ramp slope construction

and

paver block installation

for roads.

Drainage & Utility Systems:

Rainwater drain connection

to the backside pond.

Road electrical trench drain system

design/repair.

Drainage manhole cover installation/replacement

. Ensure proper slope, alignment, and waterproofing.

Finishing & Aesthetic Works:

Office front water tank finishing

(plastering/painting).

Pending paver work

along roadsides.

Monitor and assist agencies

for

cafeteria restroom fittings

(sinks, tiles, plumbing).

Agency Coordination & Quality Control:

Act as the

technical point of contact

for external contractors/agencies. Ensure work meets quality standards (e.g., tile alignment, waterproofing, plumbing checks). Verify material quality and BOQ compliance.

Project Management:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, local norms).
